About Miss Tina

Owner, Choreographer, and Teacher.

Tina’s Dance Studio was established in the summer of 2000 and is located in Belle Fourche, SD - only minutes from Spearfish. Tina has a total of 26 years of education and dance experience. Tina will begin her 12th year of owning and operating her own business. She also has experience in the Miss SD Pageants, and has won Miss Photogenic, and Miss Central USA. Tina has also enjoyed competing in fitness competitions for the National Physique Committee in Mn and Colorado, and placing first in the last competition. She believes it is truly important to take care of your physical health through proper diet and exercise and hopes to pass that along to others around her.   In her dance career, she has trained with Spencer’s Dance Studio of Pierre, Prima School of Dance with Barbara Klimouski in Rapid City, and has had the privilege to train with some of the best teachers and choreographers from around the United States. Tina’s passion is to teach children and adults a disciplined dance that will allow them to express themselves freely through movement, and to enrich their lives forever! Tina loves Children of all ages and will strive to be a great mentor & teacher. Tina’s Dance Studio has been featured in a National magazine, “All You” in January of 2005. In 2007 Dance Line Diva's competed in a dance competition in Rapid City and took home first place when they performed a Christian Hip Hop Dance choreographed by Miss Tina.   Tina teaches Creative Movement, Ballet, Jazz, Liturgical, Ballet Pointe, Hip-Hop, Tap and Adult dance. Tina is a member of the SD Dance Network, and Black Hills Dance Theater.
